This is the single best business book I've ever listened to. If you buy it, make sure you buy the audiobook. Derek's voice makes listening to this book extra pleasurable.

Apart from valuable business insights you will get a shot of healthy optimism from listening to this book. As of this writing (April 27, 2025), the audiobook costs 15 US dollars which is much less than a therapy session and probably works better. After listening to this book you will

• in the worst case feel much better than before (Derek knows how to convey healthy optimism with his voice) and
• in the best case you will be itching to start implementing that new shiny business idea that you got while listening.

Here is it a tip: Keep a pen and paper close to you when listening to this book. More likely than not, it will trigger your mind to generate some ideas. You want to make sure they are not lost.
